These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and kp33 ("kp33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting information platform accessible at https://kp33.cam ("Platform", "Site").

kp33 operates as an online gaming and sports betting information platform providing users with access to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer offerings and associated promotional products. The Platform is designed to serve adult users, including those located in Pakistan — from Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad to Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — as well as users in other jurisdictions where access is lawful.

Pakistani Legal Context: Online gambling occupies a complex legal position in Pakistan. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts gambling activity in Pakistan. kp33 does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government, or any Pakistani financial institution or payment service provider. These Terms do not constitute legal advice, and nothing herein should be construed as a representation that using this Platform is lawful under applicable Pakistani law. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of this Platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the Platform by a User.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins or other incentive allocations credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of Pakistan; used where transaction amounts are expressed in Pakistani currency.
• "Platform" means the kp33 website, mobile site and any related applications operated at https://kp33.cam.
• "Prohibited User" means any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 4 of these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the number of times a User must wager a specified amount before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• "We", "Us", "Our" means kp33 and its affiliated entities, officers, employees and agents.
• "You", "User" means the individual accessing or using the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account and discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations or understandings between you and kp33 relating to the subject matter hereof, whether oral or written.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on kp33, you must meet ALL of the following criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable license jurisdiction or operator policy. Age verification is mandatory and will be enforced.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal recreational use only. Commercial use, automated play and syndicate accounts are prohibited.
3. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list administered by kp33 or any affiliated responsible gambling body.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, agent or consultant of kp33 or any affiliated entity, or a close family member of any such person.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
6. You must ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited bear sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with local law.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, country of residence and, where required, a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

kp33 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including but not limited to:

• At registration or any time thereafter at our reasonable discretion;
• Prior to processing any withdrawal request;
• Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or misrepresentation;
• To comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

Acceptable KYC documentation typically includes a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification, together with proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal delays.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kp33 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify kp33 immediately via [email protected] and change your password without delay.

kp33 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, using a strong unique password not shared across other services, and logging out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

All deposits to your kp33 Account must be made using payment methods approved and available within the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability is subject to change at any time without prior notice, and kp33 makes no guarantee as to the continuous availability of any specific payment method.

Pakistani Payment Context (Information Only): Pakistani users may be familiar with payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer facilities offered by institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These names are referenced here as familiar payment context only. kp33 does not represent that any of these providers support, permit or endorse gambling-related transactions. Whether any specific provider processes gambling deposits or withdrawals depends entirely on that provider's own policies, applicable regulatory guidance and the operator's current cashier configuration. Users must independently verify availability and compliance before initiating any transaction.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• kp33 reserves the right to reject any deposit and return funds to the originating payment source at our discretion.
• Deposited funds may not be used for any purpose other than placing wagers or purchasing permitted in-platform services.
• Transaction fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the User.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification, the absence of any active or unfulfilled wagering requirements attached to Account balances, and compliance with minimum withdrawal thresholds as displayed in the cashier.

kp33 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering procedures. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically and operationally possible.

• kp33 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing windows vary depending on the payment method, compliance checks, KYC status and external factors.
• kp33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory identity verification or in cases where fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements and any maximum cash-out limits associated with the relevant promotion.
• kp33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at our reasonable discretion.

kp33 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotional incentives to users ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer and incorporated into these Terms. In the event of conflict between a specific Promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.

Key standard conditions applicable to all Promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and/or associated winnings are subject to a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× the bonus). All wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per round or bet is capped as specified in the relevant Promotion terms. Exceeding the maximum bet may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and are published in the applicable Promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Any bonus and associated winnings not claimed or wagered within the applicable expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain Promotions impose a cap on the maximum withdrawable winnings generated from bonus funds. This cap applies regardless of total winnings accumulated.
• Bonus Abuse: kp33 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on both sides of a market, use of systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or multi-accounting to claim the same promotion more than once.

All bets and wagers placed on kp33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, market or game as published on the Platform. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to placing any wager.

• Bet Acceptance: kp33 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: errors in odds compilation, system malfunctions, match abandonment, market suspension triggered by regulatory requirements or where the result cannot be verified.
• Maximum Payouts: Maximum payout limits per bet, per event and per day apply and are published in the relevant sports rules. kp33 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of these limits.
• Cricket & Sports Context: Markets covering Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports are offered as sports betting markets. kp33 has no affiliation, partnership or endorsement arrangement with the PCB, PSL, ICC, any cricket board, football federation or sporting body. Sport references are informational context only.
• Live/In-Play Betting: In-play markets may be suspended or settled differently from pre-match markets. Odds displayed during live events are indicative and subject to change between selection and confirmation.
• Malfunction: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting any game or betting product, all affected bets may be declared void. kp33 does not accept liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

kp33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies form part of our Responsible Gambling framework:

• Age Restriction: Access to gambling products on kp33 is restricted to adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum required by the applicable license jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory.

• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, delays or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine play;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any activity designed to disguise the origin of funds;
• Collusion with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions as described in Section 9;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law without disclosure;
• Any conduct that violates applicable law, regulation, these Terms or the rights of third parties.

kp33 reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this Section, to void any bets placed in connection with such conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any associated balances. Such actions do not limit any other rights or remedies available to kp33.

All content, software, design, graphics, logos, trade marks, service marks, text, images, audio and other materials available on the Platform ("Content") are the exclusive property of kp33 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for your personal, non-commercial use only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of kp33.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by kp33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp33, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, including losses from sports results, game results or any wagering activity;
• Losses resulting from technical failures, interruptions, errors or delays outside kp33's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have not complied with your security obligations under Section 6;
• Losses arising from your non-compliance with applicable local laws.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, kp33's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kp33 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for purpose of any content or service available on the Platform.

kp33 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at kp33.cam/privacy-policy.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support and platform improvement. kp33 does not sell personal data to third parties.

Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Certain data may be retained beyond account closure to the extent required by applicable legal obligations.

kp33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via Platform notifications or email to your registered address. Non-material amendments may take effect without specific notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the effective date notice at the top of this document.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kp33 is incorporated or otherwise legally domiciled, as may be specified on the Platform from time to time. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory protections available to you under applicable law in your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution Procedure: In the event of a dispute between you and kp33, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. kp33 will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable period and aim to resolve it within thirty (30) days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through this process, further escalation options will be communicated to you.

Pakistani Users: Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice regarding your rights or obligations under Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan are advised to seek independent legal advice if in any doubt about their legal position.
